Work Ethic
Personally, I try to live by five rules of business, each of which was taught to me by my father either through advice or example.
Do what’s right - if you do the right thing for the client, and make decisions that will help them, success will follow;
Don’t be a parrot – simply repeating back to someone what they told you is not of value;
Listen – believe it or not, other people are smart, no one has all the answers;
Share the success – no one makes it alone; and
Have fun - make other people want to come by your office just to say hello.
