1. Advertising agencies don’t provide solutions, people do.
People working together, sharing experiences, perspectives,
insights, and interests.
2. Marketing solutions need to fit the client, not the agency.
3. “Who do you work for…the agency or the client?” You should
explore how your agency wants its employees to answer
this question.
4. Product differentiation is a thing of the past. Features are
knocked-off. Benefits are interchangeable. Through it all,
your brand can distinguish you.
5. So let me get this straight. It’s your product, your money and
your business.
6. We have an obligation to tell you no. It is our responsibility
to tell you why and provide an alternative solution.
7. Employees can differentiate your brand.
8. It needs to be a mutual privilege to work with each other.
Otherwise, why do it.
