The premise of business is actually quite simple. The customer has needs. Your company provides solutions.
Therefore, to succeed you must understand the consumer. You have to get in their shoes, crawl inside their head, rest next to their heart. Through qualitative and quantitative research we gather information. By spending time with the customer, we add insight. We shop with consumers, meet with them in their home, and observe them using the product.
At HMG, our job is to work with the client and for the consumer. At the end of the day, our responsibility is to connect the two.
